| KUALA LUMPUR, 5 Nov: Seluruh petugas PAS diingatkan jangan terperangkap dengan 'agenda musuh' sehingga mencetuskan polimik sesama sendiri dan lupa fokus paling utama untuk memenangi Pilihan Raya Umum ke-13.
Naib Presiden PAS, Datuk Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man berkata, sama ada sedar mahupun tidak, PAS katanya sedikit demi sedikit telah masuk ke perangkap musuh apabila menyerang 'sahabat dalam satu jemaah' lebih hebat dari menyerang musuh sebenar. Selain merugikan jemaah, membuang masa, tenaga dan wang ringgit, tindakan itu juga seperti menghulurkan peluru kepada musuh untuk menyerang PAS itu sendiri. "Jangan masuk perangkap musuh yang sengaja menimbulkan perpecahan di kalangan kita. Di mana ukhuwah jamaah, sehingga kita menyerang sahabat dalam satu jamaah lebih hebat dari kita meyerang 'musuh' kita sebenar.
Beliau yang juga pengerusi Lembaga Disiplin PAS berkata, Petugas PAS perlu sedar bahawa Umno sudah menukar strategi mereka setelah melihat sokongan rakyat kepada Pakatan Rakyat semakin meningkat sejak PRU ke-12 dan tujuh pilihanraya kecil berikutnya. Umno kini katanya menggunakan strategi menimbulkan pergolakan dalaman parti parti dalam PR sehingga timbul pelbagai pandangan dalaman yang berbeza yang mampu menggawatkan parti masing masing. Strategi itu katanya dilihat berjaya apabila disokong sepenuhnya media arus perdana dan media baru yang mengalihkan perhatian masyarakat dengan menumpukan kepada krisis dalaman PR. "Kaedah mengalih perhatian diguna sepenuhnya oleh media perdana dan media baru sehingga kini dilihat berjaya. "Pengalihan pandangan dan pemerhatian ini menyebabkan seluruh pemerhatian tertumpu kepada soal krisis yang diciptakan menyebabkan terlalu banyak masa, tenaga dan fikiran tertumpu kepada perkara yang tidak sepatutnya dihabiskan," tulisnya lagi. Namun katanya, keadaan masih belum terlewat untuk petugas PAS kembali kepada fokus sebenar iaitu merancang straregi menang PRU ke-13. "Jangan kita terperangkap dengan agenda musuh agar kita menghabiskan masa kepada perkara yang bukan menjadi tugas kita. "Dengan kata lain jangan anda habis masa, tenaga dan wang ringgit memikirkan masalah yang sebenarnya bukan masalah," tegasnya. Keadaan yang berlaku pada PAS kini turut dianalogikan dengan kisah 'enam pelabur' bercadang menternak kambing. Biarpun projek mereka belum berjalan namun masing-masing sudah bergaduh memikirkan pembahagian keuntungan. Sehingga salah seorang dari mereka dilaporkan berkata: "Kita nak bahagi keuntungan, tapi di mana kambingnya. Kambing pun tak ada lagi, dah bincang untung rugi". ceritanya dipetik. Wolfing down your dinner won't just give you indigestion - it could also pile on the pounds.
A study has shown that people who bolt down their food are more likely to overeat than those who dine at a more leisurely rate.
Scientists believe eating quickly stops the release of a hormone that tells the brain when the stomach is full.

The finding supports the old wives' tale that people should chew their food at least 20 times before swallowing.
Professor Stephen Bloom, of Imperial College, London, who worked on the study, said the findings meant that the trend for busy office workers to snatch meals at their desk rather than taking time to eat properly could be contributing to the obesity epidemic.
'Speed-eating, eating at work or when you're doing spreadsheets on the screen so that you keep stuffing food into your face are likely to increase the risk of obesity,' he said.
'There is no doubt that if you eat more slowly, which is perfectly controllable, you are more likely to be able to slim.'
The Greek-led study, to be published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, compared blood samples from diners eating a 300ml serving of ice cream at different speeds.
They measured levels of hormones that signal to the brain that the stomach is full and it's time to stop eating.
Those who took the full 30 minutes to eat the ice cream had higher levels of the hormones in their blood and described themselves as feeling fuller than those who rushed.
Past studies have shown there is a time lag between eating and the sensation of feeling full.

Oasis of the Seas

Towering above the seas and dwarfing the ferry passing by, this is the world's largest cruise ship on its stately progress through the Solent.
The South Coast was given a sneak preview of the just-completed Oasis of the Seas yesterday as it prepared to cross the Atlantic, stopping briefly to drop off 300 workers who have been putting the finishing touches to its on-board luxuries.
Once in Florida it will embark on its maiden voyage to Haiti.

Enthusiasts flocked to the cliffs of Hampshire in the hope of catching a glimpse of the ship - not that they could miss it. It is three times the size of the QE2 - and five times as big as the Titanic.
It is en route from its shipyard in Finland before crossing the Atlantic for its official unveiling in Florida.
The £855million vessel can accommodate a staggering 6,360 passengers and 2,160 crew in recession-defying luxury, with cabins including 'multi-level urban-style loft suites' boasting floor-to-ceiling windows.
On-board entertainment will be enough to satisfy even the most jaded millionaire, including the aquatic amphitheatre, handcrafted carousel, zip-wire racing diagonally down nine decks and even what is billed as the world's first floating park.

It also features not one but four swimming pools plus various whirlpools, volleyball and basketball courts, rock climbing wall and a 'youth zone' with theme parks and children's science labs.
The ship is so vast it is divided up into 'neighbourhoods' with special themes, including a tropical zone with palm trees and vines among the total 12,000 plants on board.
Last night, at shortly after midnight, hundreds of people gathered on beaches at both ends of the Great Belt Bridge, which connects the Danish islands of Zealand and Funen, to see the ship make its way out of the Baltic Sea.
It was a very tight squeeze indeed considering there was only a 2ft gap between the ship and the bridge as it passed beneath. It only cleared it by lowering its telescopic smokestacks.
'It was fantastic to see it glide under the bridge. Boy, it was big,' said Kurt Hal, 56.
Details of today's arrival in the Solent were kept a closely guarded secret, and the ship didn't come into port, instead meeting a tender for the transfer of around 300 shipyard workers.
But enthusiasts kept a close eye on websites charting its course.
Once the drop-off has been made, the Oasis will make its way across the Atlantic where operators Royal Caribbean - who have already ordered a sister ship, Allure of the Seas - will officially name it before its first cruise, to Haiti next month.
Company officials are banking that its novelty will help guarantee its success.
Sensitive to charges of conspicuous consumption, its builders say it is also the world's most environmentally-friendly cruise ship, reusing all its water and discharging no sewage into the sea.

Gelatin adalah suatu campuran protein diekstrak daripada kulit binatang.
Syed Azhar berkata produk kesihatan yang diuji tidak halal itu memang terdapat di pasaran dan ia dijual sejak beberapa tahun lepas.
"Ini yang kita bimbangkan kerana gelatin kapsulnya tidak halal dan produk berkenaan dikeluarkan sijil halal yang sah ekoran bahan utamanya halal," katanya.
Sehubungan itu, beliau berharap Kementerian Kesihatan mewajibkan pengeluar produk kesihatan menggunakan gelatin kapsul dari sumber yang halal.
Sementara itu, sekumpulan penyelidik USM yang diketuai Prof Madya Dr Gam Lay Harn (foto, kiri) berjaya menghasilkan kaedah yang pertama di Malaysia bagi mengenal pasti sumber bahan untuk gelatin kapsul ubat.
Dr Gam berkata dengan menggunakan teknik-teknik pengekstrakan dan pengasingan protein yang sesuai, pihaknya berjaya membangunkan satu kaedah pengenalpastian sumber gelatin sama ada daripada lembu atau khinzir.
Penyelidikan itu dibantu Zuraidah Mohd Zobir, Yap Beow Keat dan Lim Chu Ai.
Dr Gam berkata pada campuran yang mengandung 20 peratus gelatin khinzir atau lebih bagi setiap kapsul ubat, pihaknya 100 peratus yakin dapat mengesan kandungan gelatin tersebut.
Beliau menjangkakan kaedah yang telah memenangi beberapa anugerah di Malaysia dan luar negara itu mampu diterima di seluruh dunia terutama di negara-negara Islam kerana ia melibatkan produk halal dan haram. BERNAMA

A muscle-bound boy has been entered into the Guinness Book of Records after performing an incredible physical stunt.
Romanian Giuliano Stroe, five, has been training since the age of two in Italy - where he lives with his family - and now the hard work has finally paid off.
He was entered into the record books earlier this year after performing some impressive 'hand-walking' skills to a panel of judges and an astonished audience on an Italian TV show .
The exceptional pre-schooler performed the fastest ever 10m hand walk with a weight ball between his legs to the delight of the studio audience.
And he has now become an internet hit after hundreds of thousands of people watched a clip of him performing the stunt on YouTube.
Father Iulian Stroe, 33, said: 'He has been going to the gym with me ever since he was born. I always took him with me when I went training.'
He added there is no danger of the youngster harming himself, saying: 'I have been training hard all my life myself.
'He is never allowed to practice on his own, he is only a child and if he gets tired we go and play.'

Giuliano, the oldest of four children, says his stardom has not gone to his head and he still enjoys normal kids stuff like painting, watching cartoons and playing in the park when he is not weightlifting.
But it seems he has picked up a taste for fame during his incredible exploits, revealing he enjoys it when he is applauded after performing.
It sparks memories of Richard Sandrak, who, after his father trained him to become a bodybuilder, aged just three in 1995, was declared The Strongest Boy In The World.
Giuliano Stroe says the stardom has not gone to his head
Nicknamed Little Hercules, Ukrainian-born Richard could bench press 210 pounds at the age of six after undergoing a strict regime.
After moving to the U.S., he became a movie star, starring in Tiny Tarzan, after his fitness schedule attracted media attention.
Interviewed this year, Richard, now 16, said that he had lost interest in working out.

Base jumpers in KL
Plummeting through the air off the top of a 421m tower is not everyone’s idea of fun, but for these base jumpers it was an experience of a lifetime.
Some 98 of the extreme sports enthusiasts took part in the 2009 International Tower jump in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, today.
The structure was built in 1995 for communication purposes and is currently the fifth tallest freestanding tower in the world.

Professionals from 18 countries gathered for the opportunity to hurl themselves into the sky before parachuting down to earth during the event.
Base jumping started in the 1980s after several sky jumpers modified their equipment for an increased thrill.

The sport involves wearing a parachute and jumping from fixed objects – with the word ‘base’ standing for the four categories of surfaces from which you can jump: buildings, antennas, spans (bridges) and earth (i.e. cliffs).
The first base jump in Malaysia was held in 1999 and the annual event continues to draw huge crowds and increasing numbers of participants.
